Lithium
The production of batteries for electric vehicles is one of the key applications of lithium
AXIONIT® Technology
The traditional method of obtaining lithium is evaporating water in evaporation ponds under the sun over an area of tens of square kilometers. This process takes several months to 1.5 years and requires substantial investment.

An alternative to this method is AXIONIT® sorption.
The technology is 2-3 times more sustainable than the traditional one and allows extracting lithium with concentrations from 5 mg/L.
Advantages of AXIONIT® Technology
up to 99% lithium extraction efficiency from hydromineral raw materials
extraction process duration of up to 1 day
sorbent capacity for lithium of up to 4-6 kg/m3
environmentally friendly process
due to the use of water for desorption
applicable in any climate, zero dependence on weather conditions
We are Russia’s leading company dealing in lithium recovery.

Our lithium recovery plant in Argentina produces 100 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent a year.
