Acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, I hereby give my consent to Axion - Rare and Precious Metals JSC (ARDM JSC, hereinafter referred to as the Operator), located at: Russian Federation, 141551, Moscow Oblast, Solnechnogorsk Urban District, Andreyevka, laboratory building 4, floor 4, room 400, 401, 402, 403, to process the following personal data belonging to me:
- first and last name;
- e-mail address;
- phone number.
1. I give consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- preparation, conclusion, performance, and termination of agreements, including selection and performance of services;
- marketing of goods, work, and services, including mailout of promotional materials using different means of communication.
2. I give consent to automated and manual processing of my personal data and performance of the following actions with them: collection, recording, classification, accumulation, backup, storage, specification (update, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, removal, destruction.
3. I may withdraw this consent at any time subject to my sending of a corresponding written notification to the operator in advance to the Operator’s postal address or in electronic form to privacy@axion-rnm.com. Upon withdrawal of the consent, the Operator shall have the right to continue processing personal data in cases provided for by applicable law.
4. My consent shall come into force from the day of its signing and shall remain in force until the goal of processing is achieved or there is no longer need to achieve such goal provided that there is no other period for personal data processing set forth by applicable law.
5. I confirm that all data provided by me belong exclusively to me. Should any of the provided data be false (inaccurate, incorrect), I shall bear the risk of negative consequences caused by providing incorrect information.
6. I confirm my awareness of my right to express my disagreement with the processing of any of my personal data above.
